Overview
Integrating Cisco’s Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) with Apprenda presented a problem: how best to show off their joint value? The team decided an effective way to accomplish this would be a web UI; a product distinct from the Apprenda Cloud Platform but part of the same family. Because this product’s primary purpose was “demoware”, I relied heavily on the reps that would be selling it to get input on interactions and look-and-feel. It’s sales focus meant ACNP had to not only have to function well but also have an attractive aesthetic.

Starting with discussions with the lead Product Manager and Engineer on the project, I led the agile design process, from whiteboard story mapping sessions through to interactive prototypes in InVision and iterating with frontend devs to ensure pixel-perfect markup.
